Returns on Handmade Products
We understand that everyone goes through different situations and we want to make sure we are here for our customers. Enjoy free returns for any handmade items (excluding customized products) for up to 10 days after delivery! We strive to maintain transparent and reliable information in all our policies.

Returns on Digital Products
Once a digital product is purchased we do not offer any returns or refunds for those items. Due to us having no control on whether or not you download the item we cannot make an exception. All our digital products are found under our Digital category so please review the item before purchase to avoid issues.

Cancellations
You may cancel orders within the initial 24 hours of purchase free of charge. Unshipped orders being cancelled after the 24 hour window can still be canceled but may be subject to a cancellation fee. Once orders have been shipped, cancellations are not possible. For more details on refunds, please refer to our refund policy below. Any personalized orders cannot be cancelled.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Reach out to us on our Contact form and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.


Refunds
To request a refund please reach out through our Contact form and describe any reason for the request. Please note that refunds will be processed only after we receive the returned items and verify item quality.

We will notify you of the refund status after investigating your issue. 
In the event of approval, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days, excluding shipping costs. Kindly note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card company.

Should more than 15 business days pass without a refund after the approval of your return, we kindly request that you reach out to us by phone, email, or through our designated Contact form for further assistance.

It is important to note that, under certain circumstances determined at the discretion of our shop, a refund may be issued in the form of store credit.
