Shipping policy

Policy
All our handcrafted products are carefully assembled, and shipped with new packaging materials to ensure a safe arrival. Shipments are delivered through USPS. Assembly begins within the first business day after placing your order. Please anticipate a production time of 2-4 business days (depending on order size), in addition to transit time for delivery (excluding the order placement day). Bulk orders or personalized gifts may require extended production times. Email notifications will be sent to monitor an order's shipment status.

Shipping Rates
Rates are calculated depending on the customer's choice of shipping and products chosen. Shipping is calculated/viewable during checkout using weight of product, distance needed to ship, and dimensions of boxing required. Expected delivery dates are shown at checkout under each shipping option.

Excluded Shipping Areas
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. However, subscribe to our emailing list for updates in the future.

Shipping for Digital Products
All digital downloads will be available immediately after purchase with no shipping cost. You can download them anytime you want!
